Heart to Home Meals is a meal delivery franchise for seniors that has experienced steady growth since bringing the concept over from the UK in 2007 but they needed help reaching a wider audience to promote their franchise opportunities. Sparktank redesigned their marketing materials and created a franchise recruitment campaign targeting their ideal candidates. The campaigns resulted in 75% of their market getting sold out and the campaigns continue to generate more quality leads.
New Franchise Recruitment
Website & Info Kit
Heart to Home Meals’ franchise recruitment website had become outdated and needed a makeover. Our design and writing team developed a new website that presented the many benefits that Heart to Home Meals offered their franchises. Videos and franchisee testimonials feature prominently on each page, providing real life examples of franchisee success stories.
We also developed a 10 page information kit that functions nicely as a lead magnet on their website and is used by their sales team to provide prospects with additional information.

Lead Generation
With all the marketing materials and lead nurturing in place, it was time to start generating franchise leads. We combined our Franchise LinkedIn Outreach program and Facebook advertising to reach out to targeted prospects that matched Heart to Home Meals’ ideal candidates. The response was overwhelming with an average of 105 leads per month.

Lead Nurturing
Franchise prospects aren’t always ready to pull the trigger when they first inquire about an opportunity so it's important to stay in touch and not let leads fall through the cracks. Our automated email follow-up campaign sends a series of 15 follow-up emails that share additional valuable content about the franchise opportunity. These help build trust with prospects and compliment the franchise team’s efforts.
