M&M Food Market, a successful frozen food retail franchise with over 1,650 locations approached Sparktank to help them with their franchise recruitment efforts. The first step of building this campaign was to revamp their franchise recruitment marketing materials and build them a new, more modern website. The first step with any website project is to develop the copy that will promote the brand, share benefits, success stories and more. After working on many franchise recruitment websites and campaigns, our writer is a pro at gathering the information that prospects are looking for. We developed all of the copy on the website, organizing it into sections and mixing it with imagery to make the information easy to digest in an online format.
Prospects want to see evidence of successful franchisees when they are investigating a franchise opportunity so this is a topic we always put a lot of emphasis on. Testimonials are peppered throughout the content and we also created a section with success stories and video testimonials.
M&M wanted to provide franchisee prospects with an easy tool to check where franchise locations were available. We developed an interactive map that breaks down the opportunities by province.
With locations across Canada, M&M wanted to ensure that the content on their website was offered in French and English. We worked with a translator to coordinate the translation of all of the text and created an easy to use tab to allow visitors to choose their preferred language.
The website was designed to be fully responsive, meaning that it resizes to work well on a variety of mobile devices. This is a must have for any website built today.
We always recommend that the contact form on a franchise sales website include a “lead magnet”. This is something that the website visitor gets in exchange for filling out an inquiry form. It encourages form fills as it’s an easy next step in the buyer’s journey. We wrote and designed an 8 page information kit that prospects are automatically sent when they inquire.
Email Follow-Up Program
Once a lead fills out the form, the sales team is automatically alerted so that they can follow-up. However, many leads are in the early consideration stage when they land on a franchise opportunity website. We developed a one year email follow-up program to keep prospects interested and build trust.
